Survey testing that does not stop at clicking through
Most survey testing is someone clicking through the main path the day before launch. It finds typos. It does not find a filter that contradicts the screener, a quota cell that can never fill or a piped brand that is wrong on one path in twelve. Wisfield tests against a written plan, and every build is audited by an independent firm that is paid for every defect it finds.
Included in every Wisfield build
- A written test plan covering every route, terminate and quota condition
- Path-by-path testing, including the paths respondents should never be able to take
- Quota tests at the edges: the last complete, the full cell, the overlap
- Piping and dynamic text checked wherever they appear
- Random data runs checked against expected bases and counts
- Independent third-party audit, with recorded results you receive
For surveys built elsewhere
A survey already built, internally or by another supplier, can be audited before launch. Every line of the script is read against the questionnaire, the test plan is run, and you receive written findings ranked by severity, with remediation where it is safe and a rebuild where it is not. See Audit & Rescue.
To check your own studies first, use the free Pre-Field Checklist.
Testing is not proof that the survey works. Recorded results against a written plan are.
