Privacy
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Personal data is handled only when you choose to send it.
- Responsible
- Stanislav Kotsev, trading as Wisfield Survey Engineering. Contact: [email protected]
- What is collected
- What you send in the scoping form or by email: your name, organisation, work email, role and the study details you choose to share.
- Why
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a written scope and, if you go ahead, carry out the engagement. Nothing is used for marketing lists or passed to third parties for their own use.
- Where it is held
- Email is hosted by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. The scoping form is delivered by Formspree (United States) to that mailbox. The site is served by Cloudflare; fonts are hosted on the site itself.
- How long
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within two years. Engagement records are kept as long as contracts and tax law require.
- Your rights
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
