VIEngagement

On fees, and what they buy

Wisfield is not the least expensive way to have a survey programmed. It is priced against the cost of the alternative: a re-field, a re-tabulation, a delayed readout, or a finding that cannot be defended in front of the client who paid for it.

Every engagement is quoted on a fixed-scope basis after a review of the draft questionnaire. Quotes are never based on page count, because page counts do not predict where studies fail.

Quotation
Fixed scope, in writing, following specification review.
First build
For a new client, the first build is invoiced only after it passes your own testing.
Lead time
From one business day after sign-off to an audited test link; complex methods take as long as their logic requires, set in the written scope. One programmer, no queue, and one aim: nothing reaches the field with a defect.
Communication
In writing by default, so every decision is on record. Calls by arrangement, on request.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA available before any materials are shared.
Availability
Limited by design. One principal and a capped number of concurrent builds, so every study gets full attention.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] with the draft questionnaire or a short outline of the study.

Scoping Request

Send the questionnaire. Receive a written scope.

Describe the study below. A reply follows with how to send the draft questionnaire (under NDA if requested), then a written scope and a fixed quote, with the main risks flagged, within two business days. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

What you send is used only to reply and scope the study. See Privacy.

Common Questions

Before you send a questionnaire

Do you need access to our Forsta account?

Yes, as a standard user in your own Forsta Surveys (Decipher) account. Builds, test links and data stay in your environment; nothing is hosted elsewhere.

How long does a build take?

An audited test link from one business day after specification sign-off. Complex methods such as MaxDiff or conjoint take as long as their logic requires: the timeline depends on the logic, not the page count, and is set in the written scope. There is no queue, because there is one programmer. It always includes the independent audit, which is never skipped to meet a date. If the requested field date does not allow proper verification, you are told so at scoping.

Can you work under our NDA and our conventions?

Yes. Your NDA can be signed before any material is shared, or a mutual NDA provided. Builds follow your house conventions, variable naming and data map format where you have them; otherwise Wisfield's written conventions are used and documented at handover.

What happens if a defect reaches the field?

Any departure from the signed specification is corrected free of charge, including data reprocessing. You hear about it first, within one business day of discovery, with a plain account of its scope and the options for the data. The full terms are set out in the Verification Standard.

Can you take rush or overflow work at short notice?

When the calendar allows. The number of concurrent builds is capped, so availability is confirmed honestly at scoping rather than promised in advance. Short-notice work follows the same specification and audit steps; a rush surcharge applies where the timeline is compressed.
